Job Type	Architectural model production staff
Nature of Work	All aspects of model production. Including the preparation of blue print data using JW-CAD and Auto-CAD.
Form of Employment	Full time employee
Number of Staff Required	A few (male or female)
Place of Work	Location / Nishiyodogawa Ward, Osaka
Working Hours	9:30 ~ 18:30 (Overtime available)
Holidays	Sundays, Public Holidays, Saturdays (twice a month), Golden Week, Obon holidays, year end and new year holidays.
Salary	According to ability and experience; Pay rise (once a year in April); Bonus (Twice a year, in July and December)
Other Benefits	Fully paid employment insurance and social insurance, commuting allowance (or housing allowance)
Eligibility	【2009 New Graduates】 People who are expected to graduate from an architectural college or higher institution in March 2009. People who are expected to graduate from an architectural college or higher institution in March 2008. 【Other Applicants / Age: 20 ~ 26 years of age】 People who fulfill either of the following requirements are eligible. Persons having experience in making models for a modeling company, design studio or architectural company Qualified Grade 1 Architect, Grade 2 Architect, Interior Coordinator etc.
Requirements	Must be able to understand architectural drawings Must be able to perform basic operations on JW-CAD and Auto-CAD in a Windows environment Must have experience in making architectural models, or have a considerable degree of ability.
